Coursera is one of the best sites for skill seekers. Most of the courses available here are paid but in case you are unable to afford them, you can apply for Financial Aid or a Scholarship (a few courses don’t offer scholarships).
Here’s the following process :

First, you will have to fill an application with relevant details (including future goals, financial status, education, etc.). Then, commit to abiding by the Honor Code and Code of Conduct.

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email and be automatically enrolled in the same. But keep in mind that you will have to submit the application for your respective course, about 15 days earlier. And in case you don’t complete the course within 180 days, you may have to send another application.
